Worst people to deal with CCD Couriers and ABSA Credit card division

CCD Couriers and ABSA credit card division are the worst people to deal with, their technology or people working there are ***********. They call you, tell you their calls are recorded, ask to authenticate you, you give them your details and 99.99% of the time the authentication never goes through, isn't it funny that you would give incorrect information. it is really frustrating, really wish I didn't have to deal with them or had any relation to them.
