Worst experience of Service ever

Rain Ref 99249... I waited for my parcel at the gate for more than an hour for a person that is around the corner and then he lies and says he was by my house and I was not there... Called the call Centre 4 times and they kept on saying they can't get hold of him then he sends them a picture and he says it's my house whilst it's not as I asked them to describe it! Worst Service ever! Their employees are lairs and do not do their job.. I work from home and might be even fired for this Network issue!
