Worst experience

Worst courier company ever, it’s a pity I had no choice as my bank used this useless company to deliver my card. First of all the driver **** and said he arrived at 12:20 meanwhile he only called at 12:45. In addition, I spoke to two people to do a follow up and they were so rude and unprofessional. Consider training your employees on how to communicate properly for a good customer service as your customer service is the worst and disgusting.
