Worst experience ever

Worst business I have come across lately. The service is pathetic to say the least. Waited for my package for five hours today. The driver lies that he arrived at the gate and called me however no missed call or message on my phone. I called their Call Center spoke to gentleman by the name of Luthando who basically said I have to wait till Monday for the delivery and there is basically nothing he can do. Called their Headoffice and spoke to a lady by the name of Jody and she promised to call me back she did not, I called her after 45 minutes again and she said she was busy with my query and was trying to get it delivered today still. I never heard back from her and a gentleman by the name of Johanathan called and said that the courier management had informed him they can only deliver on Monday and there is nothing he can do as he is only admin. They lie, give you the runaround and waste your time. If you read the reviews on this platform you wonder how they are still in business. I will never use them again if I don’t have to.
