Worst experience

My delivery was supposed to arrive between 08h00 and 1200 then I received a call requesting that my delivery be moved to before 14h00. Now it's already 14h15 and no communication! I was initially supposed to leave at 13h00 but now I'm waiting for this nonsense. Then to make matters worse, I called and the lady on the line acted like my line was breaking and hunger up on me as she couldn't answer my questions!!!! RUDE!!! now I'm being inconvenienced even further because I need not follow up!!!
