WORST DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had. The people are so unprofessional and unreliable. I've ordered a Rain Pack on the 25th of February. They called me to schedule for delivery on the Following Monday. I told them that it is crucial they make that delivery schedule because I'm going away on Tuesday, they confirmed it would be done definitely. I was then forced to take a day off to wait for the delivery. I called them back on Monday, they told me its scheduled for Tuesday. I then explained again why it had to be Monday, whilst their calls are recorded. The issue was escalated by the consulting agent for an urgent delivery. They never got back to me, the same thing happened the following day. Today is the 5th of March, i just called in, they told me they have not scheduled any delivery for my parcel. I asked the lady by the name Simphiwe to please go through my notes written by the other agents regarding this issue. She confirmed all of the above, and said she will get back to me at 11am to arrange for an urgent delivery for today. I mean what kind of service is this????

I am losing money because I've cancelled my old internet service amd currently waiting for this package. This is utter nonsense.
