WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed by Intellicell and CCD couriers. I app**** for a cellphpne on 30 July 2020 , they deducted their admin fee on the 25/08/2020. The cellphone was to be delivered on the 31/08/2020. Its the 03-09-2020 and still nothing. The courier driver came on the 31-08 and again on 02-09 but turned back due to their speed point being faulty. I notified bot intellicell and CCD couriers after numerous calls that i needed the cell by 03-09-2020 as it was a gift for my son and i would be on leave from today out of JHB. I called CCD couriers and spoke to Charles, Ntsako, Pontsho who were all helpful and advised that they await auth from Intellicell to deliver the phone today 03-09-2020 as i came in to the office on my leave day to depart at 12 only for the delivery. They advised that they await authorisation from intellicell for a 3rd delivery to be made and they await an urgent courier permission to be granted. I then called Intellicell requesting feedback on this and they said they emailed CCD couriers at 08:46am authorising same. NOW I AM XTREMELY LIVID TO LEARN THAT INTELLICELL DID NOT AUTH ANY URGENT DELIVERY, which means i have to miss my trip and schedule for tomorrow in order to leave with the gift for my son in North west. I am LIVID at the effort i has to make even after notifying them a day ago that i needed to leave today and only came to the office for this parcel. I am LIVID that i called DESIREE and she dropped my calls, told her colleague Amina that i email ***. THE NERVE!!!!!!If you do not want to give me the contract say, so don't inconvenience an existing client in the process. All the calls i made, the attitude and back and forth from Intellicell to CCD couriers giving me the run around. I am disgusted to say the least . The let down of your service from the cell company to the courier company is really a disappointment
