Worst customer service ever !

Worst courier company I have ever encountered. Bad customer service , their client service center and their drivers too , I received a message of the date and time , cleared it on my dairy only for them no to pitch and I lost a lot of money as I’m dealing with clients, and they not even going to compensate for that
