Worst customer service ever
Horrible service. on the 31st i sat home whole till about 4 waiting for delivery from CCD and eventually left because i lost all faith in them delivering. the next thing they tell me they were at my house left me voicemail and their driver even took a picture of my house like that is even important. Needless to say I will be laying a complaint with FNB for using such a ****py delivery company. What annoys me even more is the fact that i called them and asked to speak to the manager and the next thing my call was dropped. I have lost all trust and faith.

02 Jan 2019, 11:26And to make matters worse the consultant i spoke to has the audacity to tell me that they will escalate and see what they can do as they have reached the delivery attempts, " the nerve she has, acting as though they will be doing me a favor."
