Worst customer service

Been waiting for delivery from Rain they said Tuesday ,nobody came i called and was told delivery was scheduled for today.I missed their call at 13:37 i called back at 13:38nobody answered until 14:53 only to be told the driver was outside and decided to return back .This is the worst courier ever i wonder why rain is still with them 😒😒😒😤😤
