Worst couriers ever!

After rescheduling my entire day to be here, the delivery driver phones me and hangs up, then logs on their system that I was not available for delivery. The call centre staff are rude and unhelpful, they never call back when they say they will, right up to the supervisor! I still don’t have my parcel, and they couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it.
