Worst Courier service to engage with. BAD SERVICE

So Ccd COURIER sent a msg that the driver will arrive between 11-1 and I wait. 12:45 received a msg that they will call to update since I have errands to do went shopping. Received a call from the security at the gate that there is a courier for delivery. Few seconds the courier guy calls and say he is leaving if I come back I should call him back. 20 minutes later I give him a call and he comes back request a proof of resident I give him my letter from Unisa and he says he can't accept that he wants proof of resident. But what is proof of resident, is it not a letter you receive from other institutions with your residential address on it ?

Worst is he tells me I should give him a call when I am able to download other proof of resident as he can't wait, which I did and he said he is in Aeroton and I am in Ormonde. He said he will be back and now he phone it's off. My day wasted due to incompetence and I have no wifi for day.
