Worst Courier Service.

I can't believe I had to resort to hellopeter to express my frustration with this courier company. I've been trying to get through to their customer service- after holding on for so long, I finally get through to Unathi, to try understand what's happening with my delivery because I received an sms from FNB saying my order is out for delivery, but I didn't receive any communication from CCD couriers. My call was at exactly 4:59pm and Unathi pretended as if there was a connection issue because obviously rushing to 'knock off at 5pm' this is totally unacceptable. Can i get a call tomorrow to know what is the issue.
