WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!
The worst courier service ever!!!
I should have received my parcel between 9am and 11am today. So I arrange my day around it. Then I receive a call that it is being delayed, and I ask that it not be later than 12:00 and they said its right, they will arrange...
It's 14:15 and I am still waiting. Had to cancel 2 meetings already. Phoned in more than 10 times and every time its the same story, hold on for the courier, the courier can't be reached, they will phone back, and not once have I been phoned back. Wasted an entire day and a lot of airtime and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience...
PATHETIC!!! I will make sure Afrihost hears of this and does not use them again!
