Worst courier service

I was expecting a credit card since last week Thursday and I still haven't received it. The call centre agents have been rude and unhelpful, hanging up on me. Two times I have received messages saying they tried to contact me when the security tells me no one came. This means they lie outright. I would really urge anyone to avoid this service and I wouldn't use it if it was up to me. Unfortunately the bank prefers them. Stay away!
