Worst Courier Company in SA!

Extremely useless courier company. I have no idea why Standard Bank uses them to deliver credit cards. I phoned the bank on 13th Nov to asked about my new credit card and bank advised my card with CCD Couriers since early Oct.2025, phoned. I did receive a call from someone at CCD in October, was a bad line, they said they'd call me back and heard nothing. Bank connected me with CCD on 13th Nov. asked where my card was and was told 3 - 5 working days, I requested delivery for Wednesday 19th Nov (CHECK YOUR CALL CENTRE RECORDS / RECORDED PHONE CALLS around 16:28 on 13th Nov.2025) I was told my case would be escalated. No return call. Phoned CCD on Wednesday 19th Nov at 14:47 and told we can arrange delivery within 3 - 5 working days again. I said I had already arranged delivery for today, not possible as my Card is still in Johannesburg!
