Worst Courier company in SA, 2 weeks still no delivery

I ordered a RAIN sim card on 12 Feb and was given to CCD Couriers for delivery. Original delivery date was set for 14 Feb. Driver was sent to the wrong area and could not deliver my parcel. Was set to deliver the next day and that also did not happened. Needless to say, we are now at 21 February and still no parcel. We had to contact the call centre every time to enquire. Yesterday, 20th we phoned again and got hold of a manager who confirmed that the parcel will be delivered this morning between 8-12, as I am leaving on holiday. The delivery was confirmed via email and sms. This morning when we contacted the call centre AGAIN, they said that delivery was scheduled for urgent between 2pm-4pm. Needless to say I have not had the pleasure to receive my parcel.

We stay in rural area just outside of Pretoria and cannot contact the driver to send pin location. According to CCD driver is not allowed to drive with a cellphone..........

4 FAILED ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER A SIMPLE PARCEL. 4 DAYS TAKEN OUT OF MY SCHEDULE DUE TO DRIVER INCOMPETENCE.

Due to AGAIN no delivery received, I had rescheduled my holiday date

Will not recommend them to anybody. Worst courier company in SA!!!!
