WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

So the set appointment was from 8-12, the driver was super LATE! and zero communication. But that's not the worst, he called me to demand that I need to meet him at the police station... why must I meet you at a police station when you have my address? If my area is so-called high-RISK AREA then that was supposed to be communicated by the call center when they asked for my details. I am already late for my next appointment because of your driver and now I must compromise my obligations for you guys? NOOO! they can keep the rain sim.
