Worst courier company ever !

What DISGUSTING service you guys render. You have been in possesion of a parcel since the 24th of January 2022 (confirmed with multiple of your agents) of which I have PAID for the parcel already. Today is the 4th of February 2022 already and you have not yet delivered my parcel as arranged with you on 3 different occations. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COURRIER COMPANY !
