Worst courier company ever

Rain please look for another courier company before it's too late.. CCD courier has the worst service ever. Ordered router with rain on the 29th and it was delivered to them on the 3rd to be delivered.Till today I haven't received my parcel. The delivery lady Millicent was just so rude and their call centre agents are worse..
