Worst Courier company

You get a SMS on a Friday saying your FNB card will be delivered between 8am and 4pm. All good. I phoned them at 12:20, I was told there is nothing they can do or update me I should just wait. I called again at 14:45 where I was promised a feedback after I was told they will phone the driver. 15:45, I called the 3rd time, where I hold on and the call center agent advised that it will be delivered in 30min.

After the 3rd call to them I received a SMS saying CCD is experiencing delays, Couldn't this communication happened earlier?
