Worst Courier Company

Absolutely terrible service. The driver was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. Shocking that CCD Couriers employs people like this. My wife was at home alone and the Driver was absolutely rude to her. He refused to hand over the parcel even though she had her ID and proof of address on her. He started asking her irrelevant questions such as How many Bedrooms are in the house. What does that have to do with the delivery? I would never use CCD Couriers again and won't recommend them to anyone else. He even refused to get out of the delivery vehicle and she had to go to his window. @CCD Couriers, Would your driver have done that if i was present? He took advantage because he was dealing with a woman. Re-evaluate the useless and unprofessional staff that you have as you will lose more customers.
