Worst Courier Company!!!

This must be the worst courier company ever!! Reason being that they send you a sms stating that they can't get hold of you but nobody has made contact? Then they suddenly phone you, arrangements are made but these arrangements are not adhered to. They lie to clients. They lie to FNB. Why FNB use es this courier company leaves me questioning FNB's service delivery?

In my opinion the worst courier company in South Africa!!!
