WORST AND BAD EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to receive my parcel on Friday between 11-1pm , come 3 o'clock still nothing received . when i call them they tell me that their car in on breakdown , like what the Hell DO they only have 1 vehicle? no communication from them telling about this, they didn't even sound bothered they even told me to come and fetch my parcel at that time its 15:45 and they also advised that their offices closes at 4pm like hello I'm not Spiderwoman to get there before 4. I'm so angry and annoyed i will never ever use this courier company or rather refer people. i had the worst and bad experience .its Monday today till my parcel has not been delivered WHAT A WOW.
