Worse service ever

I received an SMS this morning that my card will be delivered today and another one at 11 stating that my card will be delivered in a few minutes I then went outside and waited for 10 minutes then went back into the house. I tried calling CCD around 12 with no luck, I just called them now at 3pm and the consultant that answered advised me that the driver was at my house at 11:01 and took pictures then left after that she hangs up my call while I'm trying to tell her that I urgently need to card. The consultant was very rude and unhelpful at all, don't understand why the driver would come and a take a picture then leave and not call me. CCD couriers are getting worse by a day
