Why make appointments when YOUR drivers fail to keep them?
Why make appointments when YOUR drivers fail to honourthem?
I have been contacted twice by CCD for them to deliver my new bank card, both instances it was agreed for the driver to deliver between 12H00 and 16H00. Yet the first time he was at my house round about 10H00. The second time he called me at 9H37 telling me I must drive the 45Km from my place of work to my home (in 10 minutes I must add) so I can collect my card. when I asked him why doesn't he stick to the scheduled delivery time, he told me he has many deliveries and was also previously by my home and no one was there.
So I wonder why bother contacting me and making arrangements when you fail to honor them from your end?
