Why is FNB using the *********** delivery firm?

Submit on FNB app all the details for delivery and instructions. Then get call from CCD Courriers to confirm details, which the lady unpleasantly provide incorrect details, but did confirm a time of delivery with an SMS received that they will deliver today between 8-10am. time came and gone... I called to find out why they are not here, but all types of excuses with no real feedback what they will do to resolve. Why is FNB using these *********** couriers?
