WHY DO BANKS USE A POOR SERVICE COURIER LIKE THIS?Beggars belief.
Really feels like you're dealing with a ****---send a no reply e mail that they can't get hold of me--no numbers or addresses have changed.Then ask you to call a number with a reference number and there is no answer---actually I lie-the phone was answered and put straight down on one occasion.
