Why bother?
Why bother to arrange a \delivery"time if you are not going to honour it? Arranged with CCD to have my card delivered to me between 10 and 11 yesterday (their request not mine). By 11:10 no sign of them. Eventually left the office at 12:15 - still no delivery. They arrived at 13:30 - no apology! Add insult to injury they also arranged to deliver card to my wife between 11 and 12 - they also arrived well after 1 with no apology. Needless to say neither my wife nor I have yet received our cards. Not sure how FNB accepts such poor service - reflects badly on them. FNB even said"
