why are you still in business

<p>The question I ask myself if WHY do people still use you?</p> <p> </p> <p>I was following up in regards a bank card that had to be delivered. When following up I was told it is not out on delivery as they do not have my address.....Really???? So FNB that has all my details did not give it to you? And you could send me an sms to tell me you have the card but not have the courtesy to follow up. So while my card is with CCD I hope that it is a safe, because if there is any transactions on it THAT I could not do there will be consequences. </p> <p> </p> <p>SO i was told i will receive my card monday as I only followed up today, as if it is my JOB. Asked to speak to Management, yet here I am more than 20 minutes on hold to speak to a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there management? Are they s****ed? </p> <p> </p> <p>The fact that this company is still running is a joke.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wonder if they would reply to this message?????? Doubt it</p>
