Good day, Ref : 135… I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your service. My delivery has been rescheduled again, and the reason given is that my items are not packed. I don’t understand why the delivery is confirmed when my items aren’t even ready, another agent Mentioned that Rain has not deliver my item yet and question is how did you get my information?

Again someone called me saying the will deliver my parcel between 5pm -7pm today 04/04/2025 but I still don't have my Parcel now am asking myself if you guys still going to deliver or not

Additionally, I wasn’t informed about this issue yesterday; I had to find out myself when I followed up.
