WHAT UTTER *******!!!
Could @Rain PLEASE source an alternative courier company, if our deliveries aren't being fulfilled due to people wanting to knock off early & go drinking!!!!! That's what I was told by one of them, even though it was a time slot that was allocated to me. When I call in to get clarity from the manager n(being Grace or Joyce Mahlangu) I'm told that she says that there's nothing she can do about it, because the courier guy sent a picture of the front of my house, meaning he was there to deliver... When I insist in wanting to speak to her, the agent says that she said she'd call me back by 2pm, once she's listened to the call... STILL I wait...

15 Jul 2022, 19:45Though the service of the previous consultants was terrible, what I just experienced from the Complaints Supervisor (Patience) & colleague, Lawrence, was absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! THANK YOU for going above & beyond in ensuring that you rectify the wrong done by the previous employees. Patience ensured that my package was delivered TODAY & Lawrence, even after hearing about me spewing venomous words to his colleagues, still gave me almost an hour to look for my ID while postponing the departure time of his weekend road trip which awaited...
You have DEFINITELY vindicated the behaviour of the previous buffoons... Like I had said to you Patience that your apology would only be accepted once my package had been received... Apology accepted & THANK YOU, once again...
