What a shame!
It is a pity that FNB uses a company like CCD Couriers to deliver their valued customers' cards. They have received my card on 5 May and promised delivery of my card since 12 May. Today is 21 May. In some of their numerous SMS's there is a number ***) that you can phone. They either do not answer at all or puts you on hold and leaves you on hold. FNB, PLEASE USE A COURIER COMPANY THAT YOU CAN BE PROUD OF.
