What a joke of a courier service

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Thay have no respect for the customer what so ever. I ordered my back card and when thay arrived at my house I received a phone call that thay are at my gate. When I let them know I am on my way to the gate, the delivery person end the call and just left. So now I have to wait until Monday to receive my bank card. Because thay can't deliver it again today. And I was charged for the delivery.
