We have ourself a company that struggles with communications..and delivery(Edited) - Was resolved

After writing the first review i received a call from CCD couriers the morning confirming my delivery for the day. Something that was never done before. - This is good, keep it up

Through out the day I received well monitored calls from asking me my availability and if i am currently at the location of delivery and time that they will deliver. - Also how this should have been done from the start. only happened after the review. but good work.

So i thank you for your quick response and helping me in the situation to get my card ready for the end of the month. Thank you
