waste of time

I had a message that CCD confirms reciept of my card ref num:GRAP*** at 8:01 on 10/02/15 then a call and message later in the day that said my card would be delivered between 8-10 am on 11/02/15.<br> It has not been delivered after calling a couple of time and finaly not getting the phone put down in my ear. They said the recieved the card late. So how is it posible that you sent me the text saying you did recieve it at 8 am the day before? They said they would call me back and didn't so i called again an hour later and told they will call. First of all im a buzy person and my time is alot of money. Second don't **** and lie to me. Get your act together and learn to run your company or fire your clearly non able staff.
