Waste of an entire day and rude staff!
Been sitting waiting at home the entire day for my FNB card to arrive. I called their support line and was told the courier is not answering his phone and that if it doesn't arrive by 16:00 then they will reschedule for tomorrow!
It is an absolute waste of my time to sit around the entire day waiting and then not have anything delivered! The staff at their office are rude and have attitudes that stink.
If you arrange delivery for a certain day, then pitch!
