waiting

If I could I would give you a minus, but I can not so a one will have to do. We ordered something from a company that unfortunately has to make use of you guys as a courier. the whole day already we have been up and down with you guys, the message we received yesterday said it will be delivered today between 08:00-10:00 so I arranged with my work to come in late so I can receive that package, I call the courier to say unfortunately I have to go into work due to an emergency but the office is 2km away from the house so if the courier is there just to phone me and I can leave work to pick it up. 10:00 comes and goes, I call them only to be told that are having delays it will be delivered before noon. I again confirmed that they have to phone me when they are at the house so I can leave the office. Noon comes and goes. 12:25 I Get the call to say they are outside, I get to my house at 12:27. no one is there, I phone them and get the lame excuse that they cant wait. I HAD TO WAIT THE WHOLE DAY FOR YOU! Still no delivery.!!
