Waited whole day, no card recieved

<p>Yesterday I was supposed to get my card between 10am and 11 am, at about 1pm I decided to call them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous times my call was dropped until eventually someone told me they are delayed and they are doing their last drop off in century city, I ended work at 2pm, and advised the lady of this, she asked me to wait until 2:30pm, as they would drop my item first when they do the CBD, I ended up waitin until 3pm before leaving, until now, I still have not recieved a call.</p>
