Waited the whole day for these idiots

So I got a sms to say my Capitec card will be delivered on Friday between 2-4 pm .... Needless to say they never pitched up.

They have the audacity to send me a sms and state that they could not get a hold of me and was unable to make the delivery ? What complete **** to cover their poor service delivery !!

I had to call them AGAIN and make arrangements for Wednesday between 2-4 pm. I started laughing because I cannot believe that they give such **** service. I educated them as to what an Estate means ( It means I have a security at the gate so you cannot talk lies and say you could not reach me because the security would inform me by means of a phone call )

I am just so over this country ..... Service delivery is non existent and it is sad to see the country go from stable to ****ed ...

Now I must cancel my afternoon again to sit and wait the whole ******* day for these idiots to arrive if they feel like it . I cannot fetch it and these idiots cannot deliver it so what must I do ? Perhaps inform the bank of their incompetence ?
