Very poor service

They were supposed to deliver on Friday 1 April, not even a single call to update me, I had to call and I was told about a delay, that they will fix the problem till to date I am waiting for my delivery, they make you go up and down calling them, on thier side they only send sms and claim to have not found you on your phone. I have never spoken to many agents who can apsolutly lie about the service

Very frustrating, I wish not to work with them in future
