Very frustrating experience with card delivery through CCD Couriers

I wish there was an option to give zero stars because honestly that's how I feel. I got multiple sms communication from your company stating that my card would be delivered on 2018/12/10, after which at 4pm I suddenly got an sms to say you are experiencing delays, very open ended, no setting an alternative date. When contacting the number listed, they told me all the drivers have left for the day and they can't tell me when my card would be coming, but someone would call me. I am still waiting for this to happen, and the call centre staff you have employed seem to not care less about assisting me or even helping me with an alternative date. Shocking service, and even more shocking to know that a reputable bank such as FNB would use you.
