Very Disappointed

I am very disappointed in CCD Couriers. I've ordered 2 sim cards from Rain, I am waiting for 3 weeks for CCD Couriers to deliver it, every week someone else from the courier company phones me to ''RE-SCHEDULE'' the delivery, TODAY I have been waiting AGAIN for the delivery with no luck, it's going for a full month now, I didn't know sim cards are so heavy that they need 4 weeks to deliver it, not even sure if I will ever receive it.
