Very Bad Service from CCD Couriers

CCD Couriers have deliberately **** that I was never available to accept delivery after one of their call center consultants called me yesterday, 29 June 2021 and agreed that my delivery will happen after 12noon. They called me after 10h30 that their messenger was at my place whilst having this arrangement in order to allow myself to print my current rental address as proof of address. However, same guy came back again at 2pm and refused to deliver because there was a missing page on a 25 pages long agreement, despite a failed attempt on Saturday to deliver and the wording he demanded to see were not on the first 20 pages I had in hard copy. After showing him the missing page in soft copy, he still refused to deliver and promised that CCD Couriers will deliver the following day once I have the whole contract printed, despite having seen the missing page in soft copy and having spoken to the consultant on the phone. I paid for my new Rain 5G sim card and router on 22 June, still CCD has not delivered. I am deeply disappointed after going out of my way to ensure I have everything and have printed all proof of address I have at my disposal. I only moved to my new rental address on 1 April 2021 and no consideration to accept proof of address in my old residential address. Above all their messenger was very rude and had no consideration for their client's customer.
