Very bad service delivery
Was told that they will deliver between 8 and 10, got a call at 11h21, saying they will deliver before 12h00,. I called them at 12h25, and was told that the courier is on his way. Messing up my day and appointments, without having a care, blaming the delivery person for not being in contact.

27 Nov 2024, 15:01A company full of lies, was told I would have my parcel by 14h00, but still nothing, called their call center and there is no escalation logged on my case. I hope that nobody uses this service ever, because your clients will be very upset and disappointed. Go onto their website to track, they say click the link to track but that is also a lie, nothing happens when you click. Who is going to reimburse me for my loss of income today, because I had to wait a whole day for nothing.
