VERY BAD SERVICE!

Bad service over all!!! Could @FNB please use a different delivery service in future. I arranged with them on the day of delivery to come a little later. They said they will contact the driver and get back to me. An hour later, the driver phones to tell me he is infront of my gate. I tell him they where supposed to arrange with him to come later. I have to phone them again to *** them out, cause they did not do what they said they would! Again they say they will contact the driver and get back to me. This time they do let me know that the driver will come later, before 17:00. So here I sit and wait for this driver, like a poepol, also having other things to do, but I can't, cause I have to wait for the driver. Only to have to phone them again at 16:30. This time the status on their system show the driver could not deliver due to me being unavailable!!! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW THE DRIVER IS NOT COMING THE SAME DAY ANYMORE! And now I am getting the blame! VERY VERY VERY unhappy customer!!!!!
