Very bad service

Very bad experience.

Had to call 5 times and every time I have to explain myself . Very inconsiderate and unhelpful staff. Manager promises to call back and never does Emails sent with no response. I am very frustrated due to my health condition and they just don’t care . My issues are still not resolved. I have been calling since 12:00 and now it’s Almost 16:00
