Very Bad customer service from the manager and STUFF

My name is Baptista Manuel, banking with FNB. I ordered a new card to be delivered on Wednesday -- nothing was delivered and i got an SMS that i missed my delivery but NOOOO was outside or called me!!!.- escalate the issue and they cannot locate the driver!! they dont know were they drivers are!! Thursday - again same issue - Spoke to the manager and still nothing, the delivery guy took images of building but my address is a HOUSE!! nowhere did i mention of building!!! they escalated the issue again and same result!! Friday - they dont even call me bCK regarding my escalation! nothing!!

New people can handling my case and they continue to escalate

There is a serious issues of Cards being cloned a and i have not receive my card and they have no idea of the drivers location!!!
