Very Bad customer service
I was to receive a parcel through CCD Couriers . They gave me a time when delivery would take place and they never delivered as promised . No Follow up call to apologize for non delivery or to reschedule . You call there management to lodge a complaint and your call just get disconnected . If this is the service they deliver then I don't know how there doors are still open . Very poor customer service and I will tell all big companies to not use them for future
