Very bad attitude and gross incompetence

I waited for my FNB cards to delivered on Friday 2020/12/11 between 09:00 and 11:00. I had to stay home and lost a day at work. Today the one card was delivered to my wife, but the second courier driver refused to let her sign for it. So how the hell does one driver not have a problem, but the second one refuses to let her sign. I was contacted for both your deliveries, and the persons phoning me from your call center assured me that there won't be a problem if my wife signed for the deliveries. So what now? I am not going to lose another day of work to sit and wait for you idiotic drivers who refuses to deliver my cards.
